If you are interested in finding out if you are eligible for one of our
programs to receiver bonding from IBCS, you can get started today. Please
print out our Checklist for Guarantee Applications to use as your guide.
Here's what we need from you in order to determine eligibility for our
services:

Example of required info:
- Our Contractor's
Questionnaire completed.
- Three years company FSs & tax returns
- One year pers FSs all owners& spouses
- Resumes of key people
- Our Reference letters: 3 Suppliers
- Our Reference letters: 3 Prior large contracts
- Our Reference
letter: Bank
- Banking Resolution
- Interim FS on company
- Articles of Inc. or Operating Agreement
- Bond Request
& supporting docs for project in question.
- Current Work In Process
Schedule
- Copy of current Insurance Certificate (all lines.)
- Copy of current Workman's Compensation Insurance Certificate.
- Copy of Contractor's License or Assumed name Certificate (D.B.A.).
- Underwriting Fee of $750 for all new accounts.
