Getting to know you. We can only provide best advice once we have been able to discuss with you, your business aims, sales and growth strategy, risk profile, and concerns.

Comprehensive risk evaluation. We review your overall exposure to non-payment risk, and in discussion with you, determine the most appropriate strategy for providing a solution.

Complete market coverage. Having determined the most effective solution, we approach all appropriate underwriters to seek competitive terms.

Programme implementation. Having chosen the preferred underwriter for the risk, we ensure that a full explanation of the terms and conditions of their cover, is delivered to all personnel who you advise us would have an interest in, or influence on, the administration of the prospective policy. This ensures that the policy performs to your total satisfaction.

On-going support. We provide full support in administering the policy, assisting in the securing of cover on individual buyers, and advising where necessary.

Claims handling. We provide a comprehensive claims handling service to ensure that, in the event of you suffering an insured loss, the policy will respond, and the Insurer will make settlement with minimum delay.

Renewal negotiation. Prior to expiry of the policy, we review experience, discuss and reconfirm your risk strategy, and conduct a full re-marketing of the programme, to ensure on-going relevance and competitive pricing.
